A: S-Coin is a rewards scheme and part of our loyalty program that is exclusively for our PlusOne members. Customers who earn S-Coin must join as a PlusOne member to qualify for redeeming it.
Q: How to earn S-Coin?
A: S-Coin can be earned from purchases on selected products at Senheng or senQ showrooms/official website and also on every purchase offered at Senheng Rewards Centre.
Q: Why S-Coin and what are the benefits I can get at Senheng/senQ showroom?
A: S-Coin can be redeemed at Senheng or senQ showroom, exclusively on home appliances, TV, audio and digital gadgets. In the future, S-Coin can be redeemed for selected products and brands at Senheng Reward Centre which is approved by S Ecosystem.
Do we have a limit on earning S-Coin per day?
A: No limit.
Q: What is the S-Coin redemption term?
A: S-Coin can be redeemed with denominations of RM25 and maximum of RM100 per week in a transaction at any Senheng showroom. It’s as good as cash.

A: Not transferable.
Q: Can S-Coin be purchased virtually?
A: S-Coin can’t be purchased. It can only be earned from Senheng/senQ showrooms or Senheng Rewards Centre.
Q: When is S-Coin credit to customer e-wallet?
A: S-Coin will be credited to customer e-wallet within 24 hours upon complete of sale transaction.
Q: The limit of S-Coin redemption a week is RM100, If the customer redeems RM100 S-Coin in week 1, when will the next redemption be refreshed in the app?
A: The redemption cycle is based on calendar week (start from Monday – Sunday)
Q: What if my order is canceled?
A: If an order has been applied with S-Coin as payment in the receipt (ORN), once the order is being cancelled, the value of S-Coin will be returned to the customer’s S-Coin account. The weekly redeemable value of S-Coin will be increased, based on the return value.
Q: Will customers still be able to earn EZ Credit?
A: No, EZ Credit rebate will be ending by 31st May 2021.
Q: Is EZ Credit still valid for redemption?
A: Yes, redemption is as usual before its expired.
Q: Will I be able to use S-Coin and EZ Credit together in a transaction?
A: Yes
Q: Can I transfer my EZ Credit to S-Coin?
A: No
Q: How about the remaining balance of EZ Credit? Can I convert them to S-Coin?
A: The validity of EZ Credit is 24 months, EZ Credit platform will still serve all the balance points until its expired.
Q: How about the balance of my EZ Credit with RM25 and below?
A: Senheng will launch a new e-Voucher, all PlusOne members can top up the balance of EZ CREDIT to make it become RM25 and redeem it.
- All applicants for PlusOne®️ Loyalty Programme will be automatically entitled for S-Coin, except for PlusOne Corporate membership. Each NRIC is allowed to register for one S-Coin Account only.
- Every 100 S-Coin is equivalent to One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00). The rate may be subjected to change due to unforeseen economic circumstances, which will be announced by Senheng prior to change.
- The amount of S-Coin accumulated will be recorded in each account holder’s S-Coin Account. When an account holder wishes to redeem a number of S-Coin, the said number of S-Coin will be deducted from the balance last recorded in the S-Coin Account, with the oldest S-Coin earned being deducted first.
- Any S-Coin which is not used by the account holder within 24 months from the date of issue will automatically expire, and be deducted from the S-Coin Account. In the event of any discrepancies, the records from Senheng as to the account holder’s balance of S-Coin will be final and binding.
- The manner and number of ways in which S-Coin may be earned shall be determined by Senheng from time to time at its absolute discretion.
- Any taxes applicable on S-Coin, e-vouchers or services in connection with the S-Coin Programme will be the responsibility of the account holder.
- S-Coin is NOT convertible to cash.
- S-Coin can be used as an optional payment mode, and shall only be used to redeem electrical products such as home appliances, TV, audio and digital gadget from Senheng outlets nationwide.
- S-Coin CANNOT be used to pay bills, reload prepaid plans, purchase gift cards and/or pay for purchases made on Senheng online stores.
- Account holder(s) must accumulate a minimum of 2,500 (equivalent to RM25) S-Coin to be eligible to redeem and/or make payment, with a maximum redemption of 10,000 (equivalent to RM100) S-Coin per redemption transactions.
- Each payment and/or redemption S-Coin shall be in the denomination of minimum 2,500 (equivalent to RM25).
- All account holders redeeming S-Coin are REQUIRED to be present and to present their IC for verification.
- PlusOne members (Classic/e-Classic/Lady/AEON/Lazada) can redeem multiple times with a total of RM100 per week, redemption is limited to a minimum of RM25 and a maximum of RM100 per transaction until the total of RM100 is used up.
- PlusOne Gold membership (Gold/Lady Gold/ AEON Gold/ AEON Lady Gold) can redeem a total of RM200 per week, redemption is limited to a minimum of RM25 and a maximum of RM100 per transaction until the total of RM200 is used up.
- The above clause 11, 13 and 14 will be overridden by special campaigns or selected models.
- If an account holder is found to be abusing, permitting the abuse, and/or breaching of the Terms & Conditions herein, Senheng reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend the account and/or remove or suspend the S-Coin accumulated without prior notice.
- Account holder(s) can choose to leave the Programme at any time. By leaving the Programme, account holder(s) waive the right to any S-Coin that has already accrued or issued.
- All decisions by Senheng are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence or claims shall be entertained.
- Senheng reserves the right to change, modify and/or amend the Terms & Conditions herein at any time without prior notice.
