- Fast Track Redemption is valid at all Senheng outlets nationwide. In order to redeem through Fast Track Redemption, customers can contact the nearest outlet to redeem them.
- Fast Track Redemption is NOT applicable for online redemption.
- The promotion period for Fast Track Redemption is from 1-31 July 2021.
- Fast Track Redemption is only available for PlusOne members with sufficient S-Coins to redeem.
- Fast Track Redemption is only limited to the 30 selected Samsung items as listed within this promotion.
- Fast Track Redemption is NOT included in the weekly spending quota as set accordingly to the respective types of PlusOne membership.
- There are no limits imposed on Fast Track Redemption, as long as the account holder has a sufficient amount of S-Coins for Fast Track Redemption.
- Every 100 S-Coin is equivalent to One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00). The rate may be subjected to change due to unforeseen economic circumstances, which will be announced by Senheng prior to change.
- The amount of S-Coin accumulated will be recorded in each account holder’s S-Coin Account. When an account holder wishes to redeem a number of S-Coin, the said number of S-Coin will be deducted from the balance last recorded in the S-Coin Account, with the oldest S-Coin earned being deducted first.
- S-Coin is NOT convertible to cash.
- All account holders redeeming S-Coin are REQUIRED to be present and to present their IC for verification.
- If an account holder is found to be abusing, permitting the abuse, and/or breaching of the Terms & Conditions herein, Senheng reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend the account and/or remove or suspend the S-Coin accumulated without prior notice.
- Senheng reserves the right to amend prices, specifications and product availability if products are unavailable or out of stock during the redemption period.
